We take the privacy of our clients seriously and will treat all personal information in accordance with the applicable data protection laws to ensure that it is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.
We use this data to enable us to communicate effectively with our clients to provide the best possible service to those who are interested in the Wise Goose approach or have booked on courses.
Where clients provide their name, address and other contact information in connection with a booking they will be given the opportunity to indicate if they do not want us to contact them in the future about our services. In all communications and on our website we will make it clear to clients how they may contact us if they do not wish any further communications in the future.
All electronic records will be kept on computer hard drives under the control of us or identified agents and in secure premises. Where data is recorded in portable form (such as onto CD or memory stick), it will be kept securely and will only be handled by authorised staff or contractors and used for the Wise Goose authorised purposes.
Personal data will not be sold, licensed or lent to anyone else outside Wise Goose.
