An introduction to coaching for people who want their work to make a difference.
Coaching is more than a toolkit. It’s a way of listening, noticing and supporting people as they navigate change with clarity and integrity.
Whether you’re exploring coaching for the first time or looking to bring more depth, listening and communication skill into your current work, the Foundations course offers a supportive and grounded beginning.
You’ll learn practical coaching tools, meet others who care about social and ecological impact, and develop skills you can use immediately. Many people join simply to explore and discover far more than they expected. The Foundations offers a pathway for ongoing development, around 90% choose to continue onto our Advanced pathways, a sign of how valuable and meaningful they find the learning.
“The course helped me shift my mindset and start my own business from rural mid-Wales.”
This course is designed for people who want to bring more awareness, curiosity and humanity into the way they work. You might be:
Supporting people or communities through challenging circumstances

Teaching, facilitating or holding space for learning
Working creatively and wanting to integrate coaching into your practice
Exploring coaching as part of a career change or portfolio career

You don’t need to know whether you want to “become a coach”. Many participants join because they want to communicate with more clarity, hold space for others, or bring a values‑aligned approach into their work.
