20 September 2026 | London | 1 Day CPD

What comes to mind when someone says “neurodivergent”?

Why are we hearing this term more often today? And what do coaches need to understand in order to work effectively, ethically and inclusively with neurodivergent clients?
The growing neurodiversity movement is calling for a paradigm shift. Rather than viewing neurodivergence as a problem to be managed, it encourages us to understand it as a difference to be recognised, respected and embraced.
As traditional boundaries of “acceptable difference” are challenged, new opportunities emerge for neurodivergent individuals to express their strengths and contribute their unique talents to a world that needs them.
For coaches, this presents both an opportunity and a responsibility.
