For me, coaching is a conversation that allows space to think and to make sense of the world around us and within us. As a psychologist, I can help you understand patterns of behaviour. Using questions, listening, empathy, humour and challenge, I encourage exploration and discovery – and experimentation with new ways of responding.
I will support and challenge you (with warmth and humour) to take directions that are right for you. I incorporate activities in nature together with breath-work and meditation. Many clients work in the creative industries or the commercial sector. (My practice includes a specialism of working with people who have fatigue.)
I coach with the belief that it is a partnership that stimulates thinking and new perspectives through deep listening and insightful questioning. My role as a coach is to be curious and to notice patterns that are unique to the you. Together, we create a new system of thought.
