For me, coaching is a conversation that allows space to think and to make sense of the world around us and within us. As a psychologist, I can help you understand patterns of behaviour. Using questions, listening, empathy, humour and challenge, I encourage exploration and discovery – and experimentation with new ways of responding.
Most of our suffering in love comes from not knowing our deepest needs. When we learn to discover them, together with our values, we can create healthy boundaries. They become our inner compass, our voice and then: YOU don’t have to compromise YOUR True Potential in life never again.

I will support and challenge you (with warmth and humour) to take directions that are right for you. I incorporate activities in nature together with breath-work and meditation. Many clients work in the creative industries or the commercial sector. (My practice includes a specialism of working with people who have fatigue.)

Founded on a diverse interdisciplinary academic background in both the natural and social sciences I support people in high pressure environments to overcome mental and emotional obstacles by managing their internal conversation and building resilience.
I believe that powerful responses to the uncertain challenges you face are based on harnessing the collective wisdom from all that you are.
By unleashing your curiosity and adopting an action-learning mindset to co-create action, I can work with you and your team to develop new courses of action.
I coach with the belief that it is a partnership that stimulates thinking and new perspectives through deep listening and insightful questioning. My role as a coach is to be curious and to notice patterns that are unique to the you. Together, we create a new system of thought.
I have dedicated my life and work to environmental change, social change, and more recently health and wellbeing. I’ve cultivated skills in management, public speaking, community engagement, facilitation, HR, and, in recent years, have taken up leadership roles in these fields
